You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. From there you can pause, skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel before your next billing date. You can also contact us at peggyptyltd@gmail.com and we'll assist you.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged automatically on your chosen delivery frequency — monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months — starting from the date of your first order.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes. Log into your customer account to update your delivery frequency at any time before your next billing date.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll notify you by email. You'll have 5 business days to update your payment details before your subscription is paused.
Can I subscribe to a bundle?
Currently subscriptions are available on individual products only. Bundles are available as one-time purchases.

Why does my order ship from Korea?
All Glass Ritual products are authentic Korean skincare and haircare, sourced and fulfilled directly from Korea by our trusted supplier partner. This ensures you receive genuine products straight from the source.
How long will my order take?
Standard shipping takes 2–3 weeks after dispatch. Express shipping takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed within 0–2 business days.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Shipping fees cover freight costs only. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be included in your order confirmation email. Please note tracking updates may be delayed during customs clearance.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. Express shipping only applies to Denmark, Iceland, South Africa, and United States. We do not ship to Australia or South Korea.

Can I buy individual products instead of a bundle?
Absolutely. All products are available individually. Bundles are curated for customers who want a complete ritual at a 10% saving.
What is the difference between the Glass Skin and Glass Hair ranges?
The Glass Skin range focuses on achieving luminous, hydrated, poreless skin using Korean skincare actives. The Glass Hair range targets silky, frizz-free, healthy hair using Korean haircare technology. Both ranges are designed to work as complete rituals.
What does Glass Skin mean?
Glass skin refers to a Korean beauty ideal — skin so clear, smooth, and hydrated it has a translucent, glass-like appearance. It's achieved through consistent layering of hydrating and brightening actives over time.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our range includes products formulated with gentle, skin-barrier-friendly ingredients such as centella asiatica, ceramides, and probiotics. However, we recommend patch testing any new product before full use, especially if you have reactive or sensitive skin.
How do I know which bundle is right for me?
Each bundle is designed around a specific ritual goal — Essential, Complete, or Pro. The Essential bundles are a great starting point for beginners, while Complete and Pro rituals are for those ready to go deeper. If you're unsure, start with the 21-day observation approach using individual products first.
ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately at peggyptyltd@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at peggyptyltd@gmail.com with a photo of the shipping waybill, the full box with waybill attached, and the product in question. We'll resolve it promptly.
I haven't received my tracking information — what should I do?
Tracking is sent once your order is dispatched from Korea. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at peggyptyltd@gmail.com.
What is your refund policy on subscriptions?
We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and dispatched. Cancellations requested after a billing date has processed will apply to the following cycle.
