Glass Ritual — Shipping & Delivery Policy
How Our Shipping Works All Glass Ritual orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from Korea via our trusted supplier partner. Once your order is placed, it is processed, packed, and shipped directly from Korea to your delivery address. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance processes in the destination country.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping — FREE (2–3 weeks after dispatch)
- Express Shipping — $60 AUD (3–5 business days after dispatch)
Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package weight, and availability.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, tracking information will be available in your order confirmation. You can use the tracking number and URL provided to monitor your delivery progress. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed during customs clearance processes.

*Express shipping only — standard shipping not available for these destinations.
We do not currently ship to South Korea or any country not listed above.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Shipping fees cover freight costs only. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and additional costs associated with customs clearance in their destination country. We recommend checking your local customs authority for estimated import costs before placing your order.
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the shipping waybill
- A photo of the full box with waybill attached
- A photo of the product in question
Returns & Change of Mind If you change your mind after placing an order, please note:
- Return shipping costs in both directions are the customer's responsibility
- Any warehousing, customs duties, and carrier charges are also the customer's responsibility
- Refunds will only be processed once our supplier confirms receipt of the return
- Please choose carefully before completing your purchase
