Glass Ritual — Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment We want you to love your Glass Ritual order. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order as our products are shipped internationally from Korea and return conditions are limited by our supplier's guidelines.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us at hello@theglassritual.com within 7 days of delivery with the following evidence:

  • A photo of the shipping waybill
  • A photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill attached
  • A photo of the full product in question

Please do not discard your original packaging or waybill as these may be required for the return process.

What Qualifies for a Refund We will process a full refund to your original payment method if:

  • The product itself is confirmed as damaged (cosmetic damage to packaging only does not qualify)
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • An item is missing from your order

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

  • Packaging or labelling changes due to brand renewal (the product inside remains the same)
  • Damage to the shipping box only, where the product itself is undamaged
  • Products that differ only in packaging appearance due to supplier updates

Change of Mind We do not accept change of mind returns due to the international nature of our shipments. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Remorse Returns In exceptional circumstances where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs in both directions
  • Any warehousing, customs duties, and carrier charges
  • Refunds will only be issued once our supplier confirms receipt of the returned item
