Unlike a traditional watery toner, Cream Skin combines the refreshing hydration of a toner with some of the comforting properties of a moisturiser. Its formula contains meadowfoam seed oil, squalane, hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP, green tea extract and Acetyl Tetrapeptide-11.
